Steeping guidelines: Use only fresh cold water. Use 1tsp tea/cup + 1 for the pot. If using a clam-shell infuser barely fill one of the halves. Bring water to just under boiling. Steep time 4-6 minutes. If tea is too strong or too weak adjust the steeping time, not the amount.
