Saffron is our main inspiration to remind us Scandinavians of the celebration of Saint Lucia on December 13 when we love to have Lussekatter breads baked with saffron, vanilla, cardamom and cream. These flavorings, combined with a full-bodied black tea makes for a rich tasting experience above the common. Perfect for breakfast as well as the Swedish "fika". (A break from work at mid-morning and mid-afternoon with a warm beverage and a sandwich or pastry.) Start your own tradition of fika right now!
