Rhubarb and Creme Tea.
This black tea from China and Ceylon flavored with rhubarb pieces, aroma of rhubarb and aroma of cream is a classic. Very popular year 'round, hot or iced. An excellent tea to drink just as is, but also extra special when topped off with a dab of foamed milk. Or add some cream instead. Decadently yummy!

Steeping guidelines: Use only fresh cold water. Use 1 tsp tea/cup + 1 for the pot. If using a clam-shell infuser barely fill one of the halves. Bring water to just under boiling. Steep time 4-6 minutes. If tea is too strong or too weak adjust the steeping time, not the amount.
