A blend of black teas from China, Rwanda and Indonesia. A sweetly fruity tea with the essence of cream and flowers in the background. Excellent hot and marvelous iced. Goes well both with or without milk.
Steeping guidelines: Use only fresh cold water. 1 tsp tea/cup + 1 for the pot. If using a clam-shell infuser barely fill one of the halves. Use boiling water. Steep time 3 - 4 minutes. If tea is too strong or too weak adjust the steeping time, not the amount tea.
