English Breakfast is the most classical of all the black breakfast teas. This English Breakfast Tea is a blend of Ceylon FBOP from Sri Lanka and Assam GFBOP from India.
This is a traditional blend of Indian black teas. Full-bodied, robust, rich and blended to go well with or without milk and/or sugar or honey, or sometimes even with a slice of lemon in a style traditionally associated with a hearty English breakfast. It is one of the most popular blended teas world wide and the most common form of tea in British tea culture.
If you like milk in your tea don't forget to put your milk in the cup first and then slowly add the hot tea so as not to curdle or burn the milk!

Steeping guidelines: Use only fresh cold water. 1 tsp tea/cup + 1 for the pot. If using a clam-shell infuser barely fill one of the halves. Use boiling water. Steep time 3 - 4 minutes. If tea is too strong or too weak adjust the steeping time, not the amount tea.
